New position enhances the Airport Authority’s Senior Leadership Team
The Louisville Regional Airport Authority continues to enhance its Senior Leadership Team with the promotion of Noel Jolly, C.M. to its Chief of Staff. The newly created Chief of Staff position focuses on advancing high-level strategic priorities that are impactful to the Executive Director and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
“It was my pleasure to announce Noel as the LRAA’s new Chief of Staff,” said Dan Mann, Executive Director of the Airport Authority. “Noel’s in-depth knowledge, understanding and relationships within the organization as well as key stakeholders and the community, make her an ideal fit for this new role. I’m confident she will continue to be an asset and help advance both the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and Bowman Field.”
As Chief of Staff, Jolly will work closely with Mann and provide support for the organization’s leadership, including representing the Executive Director as needed. She will also serve as the Airport Authority Board liaison as well as govern the annual budget cycle and its process, manage meeting preparation such as the development of materials and lead quarterly business reviews.
Jolly has been with the Airport Authority for more than 15 years, previously serving as the Assistant to the Executive Director and Board under Mann as well as previous Executive Director C.T. “Skip” Miller. Prior to her time with the Airport Authority, she was the Administrative Associate and Assistant to the Director of the Orthopedic Bio-Engineering Laboratory at the University of Louisville Department of Orthopedic Surgery. She also held a variety of roles at Bank of America, including as the Executive Assistant to the Site Executive for several years.
Jolly earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Member (C.M.) from the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
