FROM THE LOUISVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY CONCERNING DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (“DBE”) WORK ON U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION (“DOT”) FUNDED CONTRACTS
In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the Authority hereby announces and gives notice that its overall goal for DBE participation in DOT-funded projects for FY 2017 (October 1, 2016-September 30, 2017) is 9.62%. A copy of the Authority’s DBE goal and rationale are available for inspection for 14 days from the date of this notice during normal business hours at the Authority’s principal office, which is Louisville Regional Airport Authority, 700 Administration Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40209. The Authority is also hereby soliciting public comment from any group or individual wishing to comment on the above DBE overall goal or rationale. Public comment will be accepted for the duration of the 14 day posting by submitting in writing to:
