Skip Miller, Executive Director of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority, announced that Brenda Dinkins Allen has been hired to fill the newly created position of Director of Legal Affairs. Allen will provide routine legal services associated with the Airport Authority and its sister organization, the Louisville Renaissance Zone Corporation. She also will act as liaison with external legal counsel and ensure consistency and compliance with federal, state and local regulatory laws/guidelines and LRAA policies.
Miller noted, “Brenda’s 16 years of experience in the public sector, including the Fayette County Board of Education in Lexington, Kentucky, and the Education Professional Standards Board in Frankfort, Kentucky, have clearly well prepared her for this new position. We are pleased to have her join our team.” Allen has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky.
