Discounted parking is now available in the Express Shuttle Lot at the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) through Labor Day. Parking in this lot is only $5 per vehicle per day until Monday, September 4 with advanced registration at www.SDFPark.com.
“As SDF continues to experience a record-setting summer travel season, our Express Shuttle Lot provides an easy and low-cost option to our passengers for convenient, door-to-door service from their vehicle to the terminal,” said Dan Mann, Executive Director of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority. “This is a direct response to the unprecedented passenger demand this summer and provides an opportunity to try this lot now through Labor Day with a substantial savings.”
The Express Shuttle Lot is easily accessible via Administration Drive, immediately past the departures drop-off area on the upper-level roadway. A total of 969 new parking spaces were added when the lot opened in early 2020 as one of the first elements of the SDF Next Program, a multi-year improvement effort that will see more than $400 million invested in improving the facilities at Louisville’s airport while enhancing the passenger and guest experience. The courtesy shuttles provide service from the Express Shuttle Lot directly to the terminal’s entrance on the lower level. Courtesy shuttles are available daily beginning at 4 a.m. through the day’s last arrival.
The discounted rate of $5 per day per vehicle requires advance registration at www.SDFPark.com. Without pre-registration, the standard daily rate of $8 applies. After Labor Day, standard rates for the Express Shuttle Lot will resume with advanced registration to $8 per day per vehicle or $48 per vehicle per week with the seventh day free.
The Express Shuttle Lot also doubles as the airport’s Cell Phone Waiting and Aircraft Observation Area. There is a two-hour grace period, which allows vehicles to come and go during that time free of charge.
